Nothing all excellent.

The hotel and its grounds are lovely. The food is wonderful.

The bathroom needs a shower or a holder for the hand-held spray and also an enclosure around the tub (glass panel, door, shower curtain). Breakfast is too expensive. We only want coffee and a croissant. A smaller less expensive option would be welcome.

We appreciated auberge du moulin hideux. Hotel had a pool. A fine base for exploring Bouillon...

This place offers free on-site parking and is conveniently located near the airport, and there were no issues with the hotel itself.

A little difficult to find, not signed from main town of Bouillion.

Nestled in the heart of a sprawling wooded area, this hidden gem in the Ardennes provides an unforgettably peaceful escape. The picturesque stream flowing through the woods makes it an ideal location for nature lovers. Guests can soak up the sun and admire the elegant swans and ducks in the tranquil pond while sipping on a refreshing drink ordered by the charming butler in the lush garden. The spacious, beautifully furnished rooms with a view of the garden and the swan pond are luxurious and provide a romantic atmosphere. The bathrooms are spacious and come with all the amenities you could wish for.

While everything else was perfect, we could not connect our cell phones here.

Very friendly, very relaxing and comfortable. Food superb. We shall go back more often.

Our boiled eggs were stone cold and very runny. Other guests siad theirs were warm but too runny. Not much of a complaint is it, and there were plenty of other lovely things to eat.

It's a beautiful retreat, calm and great location for walking in the countryside. The restaurant (1 star Michelin) is delicious and the staff made us feel extremely welcomed.

The bed was too soft and not long enough.

I had a wonderful time staying in a peaceful and relaxing hotel surrounded by woods. The location of the hotel was perfect to unwind for a weekend getaway. The staff was attentive and kind, and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast while the butler took my order for drinks in the tranquil garden. Additionally, the facilities, including the pool and hiking trails, were enjoyable.

The staff is excellent. The rooms are extremely pleasant, very clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful though a little remote. The dinner was ojutstanding but a bit over-priced - in our opinion.

No real complaints - just found the meal too expensive and a little stuffy in the serving of it. Felt a little stiff. I would recommend this place - but to only afew people who can really afford it and would like to be so far away from everyhting. We happened to have friends in the area so it made the reason why we chose to stay. As well, we had read about the Moulin in various travel guides we respect - including "Places to see before you Die". That recommendation was an important part of our decision to go there.

This hidden gem was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The remote location added to the peaceful atmosphere and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What I especially liked was the use of local ingredients in the dishes, giving it a unique and authentic taste. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the added touches like turn-down service and fresh flowers made the stay even more enjoyable.

While the location was great for a peaceful retreat, it was a bit far from any major cities or attractions. It was also a bit pricey, but the quality of the food and service justified the cost.

The room amenities were excellent, from the well-stocked mini-bar to the comfortable sitting area. The dining experience was exceptional, with gourmet meals leaving my taste buds satisfied. The staff's attention to detail and the high-quality facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great perk.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking ultimate comfort and quality services.
